Joint Press Release of The IntelliCAD Technology Consortium and Suzhou Gstarsoft Co., Ltd. Regarding Settlement of Litigation

“The IntelliCAD Technology Consortium” (the “ITC”) and Suzhou Gstarsoft Co. Ltd. (“Gstar”) are pleased to announce that they have reached a full and final global settlement resolving all disputes stemming from the parties’ prior business relationship, including a lawsuit filed by the ITC against Gstar pending in United States District Courts for the District of Oregon, and a lawsuit filed by Gstar against the ITC pending in the Intermediate People’s Court of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, People’s Republic of China.

“The IntelliCAD Technology Consortium”（“ITC”）和蘇州浩辰軟件股份有限公司（“浩辰”）很高興地宣布，雙方已在全球范圍內，針對由雙方先前商業關系引發的所有糾紛（包括目前正在進行的、由ITC在美國俄勒岡聯邦地區法院對浩辰發起的訴訟，以及浩辰在中華人民共和國江蘇省蘇州市中級人民法院對ITC發起的訴訟），達成了全面和最終的和解。

In the United States lawsuit, the ITC had alleged that Gstar misappropriated and improperly used the ITC’s intellectual properties. Gstar denied the allegations, and maintained that it independently developed its products and has independent intellectual property rights. In the Suzhou lawsuit, Gstar sought a declaratory judgment of non-infringement.

在美國的訴訟案件中，ITC聲稱浩辰不當使用了ITC的知識產權。浩辰否認了ITC的指控，并堅持相關產品由其獨立開發，并對相關產品擁有獨立的知識產權。浩辰進而在蘇州的訴訟案件中請求法院作出確認不侵權的認定。

The parties’ global settlement fully and conclusively resolves their disputes. No party has admitted any wrongdoing or liability, and there has not been any court finding as to the merits of the parties’ lawsuits. However, in order to resolve the disputes completely and avoid any future misunderstandings, the parties entered into a confidential settlement agreement.

雙方本次全球范圍內的和解全面且最終地解決了雙方的糾紛。任何一方均不承認任何不當行為或責任，并且法院也未就雙方訴訟案件的實質性內容做出任何認定。為了全面地解決糾紛，并避免任何將來可能產生的誤解，雙方簽訂了保密和解協議。

The parties appreciate each other’s efforts in resolving this matter amicably.

雙方感謝彼此在友好解決糾紛過程中做出的努力。
